Breast Tenderness

I’m a few weeks pregnant and my breasts hurt. How did you cope with this?

Our Mommy MD Guide’s reply: I had a lot of breast soreness with my second pregnancy, and in another pregnancy it was so bad it felt like I had been beaten across the chest with a baseball bat. It was very uncomfortable. One thing that made it better was standing in a hot shower with the water flowing over my chest. It also helped to wear a comfortable bra that fits well, although that’s challenging when your breasts are a different size every week!
