Do you take any supplements to help with weight loss?
Our Mommy MD Guide’s reply: About a year and a half ago, I started to take chia seeds as a supplement before bed. I put them in water, and they form a jelly-like substance that I drink. When taken this way, they are not for the faint of heart. But I really love it. They have a lot of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Since I started taking them, I feel more energized and, because they are filling, I have fewer cravings for sweets.
